RFQ Details

Dear Sir
We have contracts to supply Silicon Wafer with US City goverment. Please let me knowyou can afford below spec.

We have a need for 600, 000 to 1, 800, 000 wafers per month.

We need Boron doped p type, monosilicon 156mm cut from 200MM ingot, low oxygen content, thermal donor annealed wafer.

Pricing needs to start at 6.60/wafer in late 2009 and drop yearly to approx 6.40 in 2010, 6.10 by start of 2011, 5.80 in 2012, 5.50 in 13, 5.18 in 14.

We can cut 34 wafers per kilogram of ingot. The ingots will need to be 200 mm diameter and one meter long.
